Helpful information for Carnival tomorrow:
Pre-purchased game tickets AND free earned game tickets will be able to be picked up at the Will Call table in the cafeteria on Saturday.
Game tickets will be available to purchase at 2 different locations in the school Saturday.Ā Ā There will be bags to hold prizes and activity maps at these tables as well.
All the games and bounces houses will be located inside the school due to the chilly weather but be sure to bring money to visit the food trucks that will be located out back. You will not be able to purchase food with tickets.
To clarify confusion on volunteer times for those generously helping us:
The 1st shift arrival time is an hour before carnival starts to allow enough time to get everyone where they need to be and to make sure they understand their stations.
If you are working second shift, please arrive by 3 oāclock. 2nd shift overlaps 1st shift to allow for replacement volunteers to be present before 1st shift leaves.
All volunteers should come in the front doors and head straight down the hallway to room 705 for check in.
If you have any questions, please contact concordeastsidepto@gmail.com

Four of our fabulous fourth graders recently received a āKnowledge is Dynamiteā award from the Kiwanis Club of Elkhart!
From left, Kayiona Talley (South Side), Sajia Henagan (East Side), Cynthia Guzman (Ox Bow), and Perla Navarro (West Side). Each school nominated a student to receive the award.
ABOUT THE AWARD
"āKnowledge is Dynamite" is an award that celebrates a childās realization that education and hard work is a GOOD thing, that effort in the classroom and work at home bring accomplishment, that learning and knowledge has so much potential power it is like the explosive dynamite. We honor kids that are good leaders, who are kind, respectful, hard-working, diligent and an overall great kid. This may not be the child that gets the best grades or is picked first at recess for a game, but this is someone that makes the teachers day a good one, even on the bad days, and someone that you would all be proud to represent your school outside of your walls.

The Energy Well in Goshen is partnering with Concord Community Schools to offset student lunch debt!
Concord supporters can use the link below to purchase a $10 ticket and go to the Energy Well on Saturday, March 11, to spend your ticket on a smoothie, tea, bomb, or coffee (or, if you aren't in town that day, you can gift it to a loved one)!
